Two organisations run on the framework today. One of them is us.

First client

Our first client, and we gave it away

London's Community Kitchen is a London food-security charity, and the first organisation outside our own walls to run on the framework. We built it pro bono, because a framework that only works for the company that wrote it is not a framework.

Their graph holds programmes, partners, decisions and the evidence behind them: the COP31 coalition, Project Second Chance at HMP Pentonville, Plants to Play and the LCAW programme. It runs on its own isolated database, so their data never sits beside anyone else's.

We are our own first user

Every decision this company has made since 2024 lives in the graph, with the reasoning, the evidence for and against, and who made it. Not a demo. The actual company.

When we decided to merge our product with a US startup, an AI wrote that decision into the graph through the governed door, a human approved it, and the audit trail shows every step. That is what we sell, and it is what we run on.
